1) Any star and all of it's corresponding satellites within two or less jump-points of the Sol system are hereby property of the Terran Federation. All non-Terran peoples that this document is agreed to must vacate any and all exiting colonies from these star systems by 2140 of the Terran common year. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of the offenders to this treaty.
2) No armed vessel directly belonging to the Terran Federation may enter any system colonized by the Vill Republic at the signing of this treaty out side of two jump points from the Sol system. Likewise no armed vessel belonging to the Vill Republic may enter the Sol system or any systems granted to the Terran Federation at the signing of this treaty. Military transgression of the borders defined in this treaty may only be granted if both parties ruling bodies can come to the unnatimus decision that it is necessary for galactic security.
3) In the instance that either the Vill Republic or the Terran Federation may declare war against any third party, all governments associated with this treaty must provide military assistance, to the best of their abilities, unless prevented by treaties preexisting the declaration of war.
